BUTTER RUM POUND CAKE 
2 sticks of butter, softened
3 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
5 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter flavored Crisco
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla and rum extract

Sift flour, salt and baking powder together; set aside. Cream butter and Crisco until light and fluffy. Add sugar, cream well. Then add eggs, cream. Add flour alternating with milk. Pour into a greased, floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 5 minutes. Top with glaze.
