2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. mayonnaise
1 bottle horseradish
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 bottle capers (optional)

Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until well blended. Add remaining ingredients mix well and chill. Serve with potato chips or crackers.
