1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. sour milk (add 1 tsp. white vinegar to the milk, wait 3 min.)
2 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling (chopped up if you like)

TOPPING:

1/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Optional - chopped walnuts

Coffee cake: Mix white and brown sugar. Add sour milk, eggs, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Mix in apple pie filling.

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 pan. Pour cake mix into pan.

Topping: Mix together the sugars and cinnamon. Sprinkle on cake. Bake 40-50 minutes. Drizzle 1/2 cup butter on cake upon removal from oven.
