MOM'S SALMON PATTIES | |
1 lb. can salmon 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/4 c. cracker or bread crumbs 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1 well beaten egg 1 tbsp. chopped parsley Remove skin and bone from salmon; flake and add seasonings, bread crumbs or crackers, onion, egg and parsley; mix well. Shape into patties; dip lightly in dry bread crumbs. Saute in hot butter or oil in skillet until golden brown. Serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy about 4 servings. |
