SALMON PATTIES 
7 1/2 oz. can red salmon, drained and deboned
6 saltine crackers (individual squares)
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
1 to 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Crumble saltine crackers and mix with egg, salmon, salt and pepper until well mixed. Shape into patties and fry in hot oil until brown lightly on both sides.
