QUICK 'N EASY SALMON PATTIES 
1 (16 oz.) can pink salmon
1 egg
1/3 c. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. oil or shortening

Drain salmon. Mix all ingredients together and roll patties in corn meal. Fry until golden brown.
