NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. lard (I use homemade)

Combine until like crumble mixture.

Combine and add: 1 tbsp. vinegar 5 tbsp. cold water

Mix until forms a ball, roll on floured board to fit pie tin size. makes about 3 double crust pies.
