WHITE WINE CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. chicken broth
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. white wine
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Add chicken broth, cornstarch and soy sauce to small frying pan. Bring to a boil. Add 4 small skinless chicken breasts.

When chicken is about half way done, add white wine and salt and pepper to taste. Cover until chicken is done. Make sure chicken does not cook too long or it will be dry. Makes 2 servings.
