WALL PAPER PASTE FROSTING 
3/4 c. milk
2 heaping tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter

Bring milk and flour to boil and cool until thick. (Chill in refrigerator.) Cream sugar and butter until fluffy, add vanilla and chilled flour mixture. Beat until fluffy. This makes a generous quantity of frosting. Enough to cover a two layer cake.
