CHICKEN AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
8 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1/2 c. white wine
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. seasoned croutons or bread crumbs

Place chicken breasts in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Cover each with a slice of cheese. Mix soup, sour cream and white wine in a bowl. Spread sauce over chicken. Melt butter and mix with croutons or bread crumbs. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes.
