2 lb. hamburger
1 1/3 c. bread crumbs
1 1/3 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. mustard

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Mold into oblong loaf. Place in preheated oven of 375°F and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
