Baked Stuffed Tomatoes

 Laura says:
As a side dish, I give this recipe 8 of 10. My husband gave it 3 of 10. He wanted more flavor and more of a "meal." I don't think it's that kind of dish. I thought it was flavorful enough, with the bacon and butter. To prepare the tomatoes, I sliced them in half - it seemed to work. I also ommitted the last cup of bread crumbs on top and just added a little pat of butter to the top of the stuffed tomatoes.
