BAKED TOMATO PUDDING 
4 - 5 c. diced tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 c. cold biscuit or bread crumbs

Combine tomatoes, salt, pepper and sugar. Place butter in open 9 x 9 x 2 inch casserole dish and melt. Add bread crumbs to butter and stir until all crumbs are well buttered. Add the tomato mixture to the casserole and mix well. Bake at 375 to 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until thick and brown.
