CHICKEN HOT DISH 
3 c. chicken, cut up
1/4 c. rice, uncooked
2 c. bread crumbs or croutons
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/6 c. pimento (optional)
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 c. chicken broth, or 2 bouillon cubes with 2 c. water

Mix all ingredients in order given. Bake 55 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with cream of mushroom soup with a shake of poultry seasoning.
