CHICKEN HOT DISH 
3 c. cooked chicken, cut up
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sliced mushrooms (opt.)
1 pkg. frozen green beans, thawed
2 oz. jar pimiento
1/2 green pepper, diced
4 stalks celery, diced
1/2 lg. onion, diced
1/2 lb. bag noodles, cooked
1 bag cashews, plain or salted
Salt & pepper

Saute onion, pepper and celery in butter. Combine all ingredients except nuts. Turn into 9"x13" pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Add cashews just before hot dish is done, 10 minutes before.
