CHICKEN DELIGHT 
2 c. crushed Waverly crackers
1/2 c. melted butter
3 c. chopped chicken
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream (or plain yogurt)
1 c. chicken broth

Mix crushed Waverly crackers and butter. Spread half of the mixture in bottom of 2-quart casserole; reserve the other half for the top. Combine chicken, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream and chicken broth. Pour over cracker crumbs. Add remaining cracker crumbs on the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
