OVERSHIRT CASSEROLE 
6 to 8 potatoes, diced
2 med. onions, diced
2 peppers, diced
1 lb. ground meat
1 (10 and 12 oz.) can tomato soup

Place first set of ingredients in a large saucepan. Cover with water. Cook over high heat until water boils. Reduce heat to medium low and continue cooking about 20 minutes (until potatoes are tender). Drain water and place cooked vegetables in baking dish. Form 1 pound ground meat into small patties and place on top of vegetables. Spread 1 (10 and 12 oz.) can tomato soup over ground meat patties. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
