HAMBURGER BARBEQUES 
3 lb. ground chuck
1 c. milk
6 tbsp. chopped onion
Pepper
2 c. rolled oats (quick)
2 eggs
3 tsp. salt

Mix. Form 24 patties. Brown, put in casserole or roaster. Cover with sauce and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.

SAUCE:

2 c. ketchup
1 c. water
4 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. chopped onion

Mix. Bring to boil and pour over hamburgers.
