SHELLS & LOBSTER 
1/2 lb. lobster
1 level tbsp. mayonnaise
Milk
1 c. diced celery
1 c. shells
Lettuce
Tomatoes

Boil lobster, remove from shell and cut into small pieces. Cook macaroni shells according to package, drain and let cool. Mix small amount of milk with mayonnaise to make a thin sauce; add salt, pepper and celery. Combine all ingredients and chill. Serve on lettuce and tomatoes. Serves 4.
