MOCK LOBSTER SALAD 
1 1/2 lbs. fillet of haddock or scrod
1 sm. onion, sliced
4 slices of lemon
2 tsp. salt
3 stalks celery, chopped finely
1 carrot grated fine
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 bottle chili sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 chopped green pepper if desired (optional)

Steam fillet of fish with onion, lemon slices, and salt for 20-25 minutes. Drain, cool and flake. Add celery, carrot, mayonnaise, chili sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well and chill thoroughly. This can be molded or served on lettuce as salad.
