QUICHE LORRAINE TARTS | |
1 recipe two-crust pie dough 1 1/3 c. coarsely shredded Swiss cheese Bacon, fried, drained or ham, chopped 4 eggs 1 1/3 c. dairy sour cream 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. nutmeg 2 tsp. dry mustard Roll out dough to 1/16-inch thick. Cut into 2 1/2-3 inch circles. Spray muffin tins with Pam. Fit rounds into muffin cups. Put crumbled bacon or chopped ham and shredded cheese on dough. Combine remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into cups covering the bacon or ham and cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes or until light brown. Bake at 375 degrees. Can be prepared ahead. Do ahead note: Cool tarts and wrap in foil; refrigerate. At serving time, heat tarts on a cookie sheet in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. |
