POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 roll (pkg.) Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter
Poppy seed
4 to 5 pieces of chicken

Boil chicken until tender. Cut into bite size portions and layer on bottom of dish. Combine soups, sour cream, and poppy seed. Cover chicken with mixture. Melt butter. Cover top with crackers and melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 25 minutes.
