CHICKEN PARISIENNE | |
3 whole chicken breasts, halved 1/4 c. chicken broth 1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken Salt and pepper to taste 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained 1 c. sour cream mixed with 1/4 c. flour Place chicken in crock pot. Season with salt and pepper. Add broth and soup; pour over chicken. Add mushrooms. Cook 7-9 hours over low. Remove chicken to warm serving platter. Stir in sour cream mixture and heat for 30 minutes. Serve sauce over chicken with rice or noodles. |
