3 to 4 chicken breasts
Barbecue sauce
Sliced or grated cheese of choice
2 to 3 tbsp. butter

Brown chicken in melted butter in a skillet. Put skillet in oven 350 degrees and bake 30 to 45 minutes or until tender. Take out of oven in 20 minutes and baste with barbecue sauce of choice. Bake remainder of time and just before its done. Top with cheese and melt.
