LEMON CREAM CHEESE FROSTING 
1/4 c. butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
Dash of salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated rind
1 tbsp. cream

Cream butter and cream cheese. Add salt, lemon juice, rind and 1/2 of sugar. Add remaining sugar alternately with cream.
