SPINACH POTATOES 
6-8 cooked potatoes
1 pkg. cooked and drained spinach
1 stick butter
3/4 c. sour cream
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (save some for top)

Cook, drain and mash potatoes with butter. Mix all the rest in, but fold drained spinach in last. Pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Can be made ahead.
