1 frothy egg white
1 well-packed cup brown sugar
1 1/2 c. whole pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 400°F. Add sugar, nuts and vanilla to frothy egg white. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet or foil covered sheet. Place cookies in oven, then turn off heat. Bake 8 minutes.
