BUTTERSCOTCH DESSERT 
STEP 1:
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

STEP 2:
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened

STEP 3:
2 (3 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pudding mix
3 c. milk
1 c. Cool Whip

STEP 1: Mix together ingredients for Step 1 and press into a 9x13 inch Pyrex dish. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

STEP 2: Mix together ingredients for Step 2 and spread over cooled crust.

STEP 3: Cook the 2 packages of butterscotch pudding mix using only 3 cups of milk. Or use instant. Cool and spread over the Step 2 mixture. Put the remaining Cool Whip on top. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Delicious!
