BUTTERSCOTCH DESSERT | |
1 stick butter 1 c. flour 1 c. nuts 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. Cool Whip 2 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding 3 c. milk Cream butter and 1 cup flour. Add nuts. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool. Cream the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip and put on top of cooled pie crust. Prepare butterscotch pudding with 3 cups milk. Put on top of cream cheese mixture. Cover with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Chill and serve. (You may substitute banana pudding for butterscotch and use fresh bananas.) |
