BUTTERSCOTCH DESSERT | |
3 c. crushed pretzels 1/4 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 c. sugar 8 oz. cream cheese 2 boxes butterscotch pie mix 1/2 Cool Whip Mix crushed pretzels, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 1/2 cups melted butter. Press into 13 x 9 inch pan or for 1/2 recipe use smaller pan. Bake at 400 degrees 10 minutes. Beat together 1 cup sugar and 8 ounce cream cheese. Stir in 1/2 carton Cool Whip and spread on crust. Stir butterscotch pie mix until thick, spread on Cool Whip mixture. Spread on other 1/2 Cool Whip, pretzel crumbs on top. |
