CHOCOLATE SYRUP BROWNIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
Dash of salt
1 c. flour
3/4 c. canned chocolate flavored syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts (leave some for garnish)

Cream together butter, sugar, and eggs until very creamy. Add salt; stir in flour and mix well. Add chocolate syrup, vanilla, and nuts. Grease 9 inch square pan and lightly flour. Pour brownie mixture in pan. Smooth top and bake for 35 minutes in 350 degree oven.
