QUICK QUICHE 
8 eggs
1 pkg. Brown 'n Serve sausage
2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Snipped parsley to taste
Green onions to taste
1 lg. pkg. crescent rolls

Separate rolls. Line a 9"x13" pan with the dough, stretching to fit. Seal perforations by pinching edges together. Cut the sausages into 1" pieces and scatter over dough. Sprinkle parsley, finely chopped green onions and cheese over the sausage. Beat eggs lightly and pour over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
