FRIED RICE 
1 1/2 c. fresh chicken, pork, turkey or any leftover meat cut in bite-sized pieces
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
2 c. vegetables like green pepper, cabbage, carrots, pea pods, broccoli, peas, whatever
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt & pepper
Brown rice, 3-4 c. cooked

Brown meat, onion and garlic together, until fully cooked. Add vegetables and cook lightly. Adding them according to how long they take to cook carrots first, cabbage last. Then add rice. I use a non-stick frying pan and add oil if necessary. The only problem is I can never make enough!
