1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. peach preserves Dash of ground nutmeg Beat 1/2 cup butter until fluffy. Beat in 1/2 cup peach preserves and a dash of ground nutmeg. Beat again; pass to spread on hot waffles. Makes 1 cup. VARIETY: By substituting apricot or apricot/pineapple preserves for peach preserves. | |
