PEANUT SYRUP PIE 
3 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. finely chopped hulled and salted Spanish peanuts
1 unbaked 8-inch pie shell

Combine eggs, sugar, corn syrup, and butter. Spread peanuts in pie shell. Pour filling over top. Bake in preheated moderate oven at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool well before cutting wedges.
