PEPPERED EGGS 
They taste great!!! And they last a good while too.

1 jar leftover hot pepper juice
hard boiled peeled eggs (as many as will fit in jar)
3 tbsp. minced garlic (optional)

Boil and peel eggs, place in leftover pepper juice (your choice), seal with lid, place in refrigerator for two or more weeks.
