POTATO SALAD 
8 white potatoes, peeled, cubed, and cooked
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced green bell pepper
1/4 c. diced onion
3 boiled eggs, chopped
1 (8 oz.) jar sweet pickle cubes
1 small jar pimentos, diced

In large bowl, mix cooled potatoes with celery, bell pepper, onion, eggs, pickle cubes, and pimentos. Toss with dressing mixture and chill.

Dressing:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tbsp. mustard
dash sugar
dash salt

Mix together. Toss with potato mixture and chill.
