PEPPER STEAK 
2 lb. London broil, sliced into strips
3 beef bouillon cubes or pkgs.
2 red peppers, thinly sliced
2 green peppers, thinly sliced
1 onion, sliced
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. cornstarch

Brown meat in large skillet. Stir in 2 cups water and the bouillon. Simmer until tender, approximately 1 1/2 hours.

The last half hour add peppers, onion and soy sauce. Mix cornstarch, with some water to thicken. Add to mixture. Serve over rice or noodles.
