BLACK BOTTOM CUP CAKES 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. chocolate chips
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda, mixed in 2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. water
2/3 c. salad oil

Cream together cheese, egg, sugar, salt and chocolate chips in small bowl. Set aside. Sift flour, sugar, salt, cocoa. Add alternately with water, vinegar and soda mixed, and salad oil.

Fill cups 1/2 full and top with heaping teaspoon of cheese mixture. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
