POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen potatoes
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. Cheese Whiz, Mexican (hot or mild)
1 c. chicken soup
1/2 c. onion - green pepper

Put potatoes in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or more to thaw. Mix rest of ingredients together - add potatoes and mix well. Bake 45 minutes - top with potato chips. I use fresh potatoes - peel and cube. Cook to firm and drain. I like Mexican Cheese Whiz mild, gives recipe a little zip.
