SPINACH CHEESE BAKE | |
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach 3 eggs 3 tbsp. flour 1/2 stick butter, softened 1 (16 oz.) container cottage or ricotta cheese 2 c. sharp cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese Defrost spinach. Beat eggs. Combine eggs, flour, butter and cottage cheese; mix well. Add spinach and 1 cup cheddar or Jack cheese. Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
