SUNSHINE PUNCH 
1 sm. mixed fruit Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen pineapple juice concentrate
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
5 c. cold water
1 (28 oz.) gingerale
Ice cubes
Orange slices

Put Jello and boiling water into blender, low speed, until dissolved. Add both juices and 1 cup cold water, blend until all combine. Pour into punch bowl, stir in remaining cups cold water. Add ice cubes. Just before serving, carefully pour in chilled gingerale. Float orange slices. Makes 2 3/4 quarts.
