CHOW MEIN 
3/4 lb. cubed veal steak
3/4 lb. cubed pork steak
1 bunch diced celery
3 diced onions
1 can mushrooms
Chow mein noodles

Brown cubed meat in butter and simmer until nearly done. Then add diced celery and onions; continue cooking until vegetables are cooked. Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce, and add Kitchen Bouquet for color. Thicken and add mushrooms. Serve over hot chow mein noodles.
