CRUNCHY CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 c. ground cooked ham
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. onion, minced
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Cover. Chill several hours. Form into ball. Roll in nuts to coat.
