TURKEY DEVAN 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
1 lb. roasted turkey
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. plain croutons, crushed

Cook broccoli according to package directions, drain well. Cut slices from roasted turkey and set aside.

In a bowl, make sauce by mixing condensed soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, milk and nutmeg until well blended. Arrange cooked broccoli spears in a 2-quart baking dish and top with turkey slices. Spoon sauce evenly over turkey and broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese and croutons. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
