1 c. butter
3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
Lemon flavor
1/2 c. Crisco
1 sm. bottle 7-Up (7 oz. size)

Cream butter, sugar, Crisco and eggs, one at a time. Add flour, lemon flavor then 7-Up. Personal note, bake immediately. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes at 325 degrees.

ICING FOR CAKE:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box + 1 c. powdered sugar
Nuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream together, cover each layer and top. Sprinkle with coconut.
