LO-CAL FRUIT SALAD | |
1 (20 oz.) can crushed unsweetened pineapple 1 sm. pkg. sugar free lemon gelatin 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 1/3 c. pecans 1 pkg. low calorie whipped topping 2 packets sugar substitute 1 tbsp. lemon juice Drain fruit and heat 1 cup of the juice. Add gelatin. Beat the cheese into the warm mixture. Fold in fruit and chill until syrupy. Fold in nuts, sweetener, topping and lemon juice. Pour mixture into 8" square pan. Chill. Makes 8 servings. |
