FISH ALA ESPANA 
1 sm. onion, chopped
10 tbsp. butter, divided 6 & 4
1/3 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives
3 c. fresh white bread crumbs
2 tbsp. lime juice
8 sm. fish fillets, skinned
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onion in 6 tablespoons butter; add almonds for 3 minutes. Remove from heat, add olives and crumbs; toss. Season fish and place in lightly greased baking dish. Put stuffing on top. Mix lime juice and 4 tablespoons butter in original pan and return to heat to melt butter. Pour over the stuffing. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
