SPRINGTIME STRAWBERRY DELIGHT 
Crust:

2 1/2 c. crushed pretzels
3/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Spread on bottom of 9 by 13 cake pan.

Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Cool.

Middle layer:

8 oz. cream cheese, soften
1 c. sugar
8 oz. cool whip

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Spread on top of pretzel crust.

Topping:

6 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
1 lb. frozen strawberries

Prepare jello according to package directions. Add frozen strawberries. Chill partially to set, then pour over top of cream cheese mixture in pan. Chill to fully set the jello. Top each serving with whipped cream.
