GREEK CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. cubed cooked chicken
2 1/2 med. cucumbers, peeled, seeded & chopped
1 1/4 c. crumbled feta cheese
2/3 c. sliced pitted black olives
1/4 c. parsley
1 c. mayonnaise
3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 tbsp. dried oregano
Boston lettuce

In a large bowl combine chicken, cucumbers, cheese, olives, parsley and put to the side. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic, yogurt and oregano. Add to chicken mixture. Toss lightly, cover and chill. Serve on Boston lettuce.
